திங்களுக்கோர் எண்ணப்பதிவை எழுதநினைத்துத் தொடங்கினேன்
திங்களன்று உவகையுடன் பள்ளிசெல்லும் மாணவனைப்போல்!
திங்களாய் மனவானின் ஓரத்தில் வளர்ந்துதேய்ந்தேயிருந்தாலும்
திங்களிறுதியில்தான் முழுநிலவுநாளோ என் கவிநிலவுக்கு?

Artistes and Society

Artistes are creative representatives of the global society. They are initially inspired by the society but some of them eventually grow to the stature of being capable of inspiring the society. Of course, they are indebted to the society for earning from it, as every other person is. However, it should be remembered that even that repayment from an artiste would be in the form of an art. Expecting artistes to perform social service in order to prove their commitment to the society may not be a crime but is definitely greed, especially when the ones who expect so do not perform even a minimal portion of their part.
